Pro: Activities feed should use Latest algorithm (instead of Top)

• Allow a query string parameter for algorithm in /v2/pro/content
• '/v2/pro/content/activities' should use latest by default
• Front: Re-enable Feed E2E test that @omadrid commented out (front!666 (merged))
