Roles on entities for #737

Added a permissions object behind a feature flag to our major endpoints.
There will undoubtedly be more, but they are easy to add and this handles the various
differences in getting the owner objects across channels, group, activities, images and videos.

Added open, closed and moderated channel roles based on the channel's mode.
