Communication with users at risk of churn
We need to define the concept of churn. Probably 60 days with no log-in?
We can create a queue of users at risk of churn, we encourage the admins and community to engage with them. Engagement can be done by sending them chats messages or by tagging them in posts.
We can also target them emails
- We can schedule to send 3 emails over a period of one month.
- The first email should mention his tokens in the wallet and we can offer him 3 tokens if she/he logs-in again.
- If the user doesn’t respond to the first email, the next week we can send another email be about awaiting notifications (You have XX notifications). These notifications are pushed because of the tags or the chat messages sent to them by Minds bots or community or admins. We can offer 5 Tokens.
- If the user doesn’t respond to the second email, after 2 weeks we can send a third email, offering 10 tokens and reminding him about his balance in the wallet and the awaiting notifications.
