Referral Badges

Referrals are important for network growth. Several actions can be done to attract users to do referrals:

• Clear UI: From the newsfeed, a very clear button or a text box to do referral with an explicit marketing message (i.e. Invite a Friend and get 10 Tokens!).
• Before offering the award we have to verify that the referred user is genuine, he probably has to be verified, then he should be active for at least 20 days and do at least one boost, one post, and one vote, one remind and one comment (This is similar to when you invite someone to AirBnb, you will only get your reward when the referred person do his first booking).
• We can give several badges for referrals:
  • Friendly user: 1st referred user (10 tokens, Bronze).
  • Social user: 10 referred users (100 tokens, Silver).
  • Social animal: 100 referred users (1000 tokens, Gold).
