When you search for an ActivityPub user, it should fetch them

Goal

As a user, when I enter an ActivityPub username (eg. markharding@mastodon.social) into search, and press enter, I should be able to access the ActivityPub channel page.

What needs to be done

Re-use the same logic minds.com/markharding@mastodon.social is using to pull in channels.
