Subscription email is sent for a one-time tip
Goal
Lilyisadog sent moonboot one token. Moonboot has a membership tier, "Wag", that costs 1 token.
Lilyisadog received an email that implied lilyisadog had joined a recurring subscription. The text in the email is misleading, as there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
What needs to be done
-
When a user sends another user a one-time payment, the email should have different text so it doesn't imply users have joined a recurring subscription -
If we want to, we should still indicate that for this month, the tipping user can access content for any membership tiers that are applicable based on their payment amount
QA
-
join a membership tier - it should still send the existing email -
pay a tip for the same amount as a membership tier - it should send a different email with less misleading text
