Rectify legacy token memberships

Summary

We have a number of users on legacy token memberships that are still being charged, but not activating the perks of Minds+ or Pro.

This is a result of a fix we made a few months ago to the membership system, which Minds+ and Pro both use for recurring revenue. It was not noticed until recently that it had this impact on some users existing memberships.

Rectification

• Gather list of all impacted memberships
• Refund all users who were charged tokens and did not unlock Minds+ or Pro features (https://gitlab.com/minds/engine/-/issues/2207)
• Cancel all upcoming recurring payments that will suffer from this problem
• Send communication / apology to customers with reward / perk (https://gitlab.com/minds/engine/-/issues/2207)

Later

We should bring back the ability to pay monthly for Minds+ or Pro with tokens. This task has challenges but is outlined here: #1941
