(bug) Gifs glitching

Gifs seems to be glitching. A friend tried uploading one as a post, then we tested in comments, but it resulted as a broken gif.

Tested logged in with canary on Brave on Windows, and also tested on Microsoft Edge:

Apparently known issue, but keeping card open because I didn't see one for this.
