Reports of email MFA codes still not working
Summary
Some members are still reporting issues with their MFA codes not being accepted for various actions such as withdrawals and enabling other forms of MFA
Steps to reproduce
Unable to replicate the issue at present.
Platform information
In this report, multiple devices with Windows 10 & Brave.
What is the current bug behavior?
Member cannot enter the MFA code dispatched to their email (entered within a couple of minutes)
What is the expected correct behavior?
The MFA code that is sent should be valid for 5 minutes.

Possible fixes
Fixing this issue will have to be somewhat blind - if we could find a way to replicate consistently, that would simplify the process slightly. One thing to check is that client-side timestamps are not being used, as there could be issues caused by timezones.
