Escaped HTML tags being displayed in v2 Title

Summary

Reports are coming in of Titles showing Escaped HTML <p> and <br> tags. Tags might be getting saved as title data by composer instead of being striped.

Steps to reproduce

Has something to do with editing existing posts but having trouble replicating.

I tried copying a title with HTML and pasting it into the v1 edit composer and the v2 edit composer but I could not replicate. I could get BR tags into the title field this way though.
