Determine automatic upload status of channel on youtube importer

We need a way to determine how to populate the 'New Youtube Videos' checkbox on this mockup

• Add a new field to User entity

This should enable scraping of all the existing videos on the channel. It should also enable the web hook pub sub so that all new videos coming in get automatically imported.
