Establish and Document SLI's and SLO's for Each Application/Product
Goal
In order to establish a reasonable availability target and error budget for our team, we need to first identify our Service Level Indicators (SLI's) and Service Level Objectives (SLO's) for each major application/product.
What needs to be done
We need to first define a list of applications and/or products that make up Minds, and then for each application determine a reasonable set of metrics for measuring the health of the service. After the metrics are agreed upon, we can define targets and therefor error budgets.
QA
The SLI's and SLO's should be agreed upon by the team prior to documenting.
