Code style update

Changes:

  • Harmonized code style and names across all source files

  • Improved and extended documentation (docstrings, README, comments)

  • Request generation is now done in such a way that it preserves API backward compatibility within the same major version

  • Changed MCL_RUNTYPE_QM_PW to MCL_RUNTYPE_QM_RS_GRID

  • Return error code in 'Transport.Send()/Receive()/CloseConnection()/Finalize()' and above
