Update ros2_tracing version in ROS 2 rolling/source
I'd like to make the fix from https://gitlab.com/micro-ROS/ros_tracing/ros2_tracing/-/merge_requests/185 available in the ROS 2 from-source and rolling branches. Would it be possible to do a new release of ros2_tracing, update https://github.com/ros2/ros2/blob/master/ros2.repos to that version, and also do a new release into Rolling?
