18 - ((5x/100)-10) = y | where 200≤X≤500 is the speed of a vehicle and y is the time (in seconds) for a vehicle to cover 1000m
Then divide (y)by 1000 to get distance per metre. Use this value to compute any speed for any distance by multiplying time/m by distance (in m) to get time for arrival.

Esf specifically refers to the scythe, BTW.
If players search for speeds under 200kph give an error, because at that point the relationship between speed and time to destination becomes nonlinear... Apparently it asymptotes around 0kph. The linearity stays consistent with the asymptote out to 500kph, but no plane goes that fast so stop it there because at that point it actually starts losing accuracy. (Say like "woah there, better slow down")
Also it only works for planes, so we need to make that really obvious. This is not only due to the relationship but also because it assumes a straight path and no fluctuations, which is almost never the case with ground vehicles. So give an error if they search !arrivals Sunderer or something. At the same time, if they type in !arrival scythe, or any plane, shoot out the little menu with the keywords I showed above. Don't show the speeds, just the keywords relative to each plane/chassis.
This menu should also be accessible through !arrival shortcuts or !help arrivals
