Loading a new Scene Palette will crash Cavalry when one of the colors is already linked to an object in the scene.
Steps to reproduce

- Make an object + Load a scene palette
- Link a scene palette node into the object's fill
- Load a new scene palette

A new scene palette loads, overwriting the connections, and updating the linked color.
