Modify order of rotation

I am trying to describe a city in a .yaml file in order to use Solstice to compute the solar energy received by the city buildings.
In order to describe a given building I have to position each of its faces (Solstice planes) with a combination of translations and rotations. The operations are very simple if is is possible to first rotate around the y-axis and then around the z-axis. However the rotation operation of solstice fixes the order of rotations as Rx.Ry.Rz, which is a constraint because of the non-commutativity of rotations. Hence the question:
Is it possible to set the operation ordering when transforming a shape ?
