Some MeltanoHub Usage Metrics Missing
Some usage metrics seem to be missing, it might be isolated to pipelinewise specific plugins but it should be explored more. Theres a possibility that metrics are available but MeltanoHub is failing to render them.
Also targets were never implemented, add those to the metrics file.
