website link in tutorial gives 404

What is the current bug behavior?

https://sdk.meltano.com/en/latest/dev_guide.html#building-a-new-tap has a paragraph with a link to further instructions.. but when you follow this link you're greeted with a 404

Once you’ve answered the cookiecutter prompts, follow the instructions in the generated README.md file to complete your new tap or target. You can also reference the Meltano Tutorial for a more detailed guide.

it is in this paragraph where it links to https://meltano.com/tutorials/create-a-custom-extractor.html , but this gives a 404 currently

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should redirect to the correct content

Goto https://sdk.meltano.com/en/latest/dev_guide.html#building-a-new-tap

goto section called "Building a New Tap or Target" after the cookiecutter instructions
