path "context" injection injected secrets from environment

I'll have to setup a reproducible example but wanted to get this out there as I saw it last week

1. In a Stream set your path to something like path = "/customer/{client_id}/list"
   • I'm using Parent / Child Streams, and sending client_id in the child context
2. In config.json set an environment to client_id I also needed client_id set as an environment variable
3. If client_id in the child context is null, you'll get the client_id from the environment variable set

I didn't dive to far into https://gitlab.com/meltano/sdk/-/blob/main/singer_sdk/helpers/jsonpath.py#L9 to find out what was going on
