Create a "Get Help" page in the Docs that provides an FAQ, links to Slack, Intercom, email support

Jonathan: Let’s encourage the user to go to Slack or Intercom instead of asking them to file an issue Look into what should or shouldn’t be allowed re: Intercom Maybe send them to a “Get Help” page on the website instead
In addition to writing issues, let's show user that we have other ways to help them that don't require them to do work for us
