Add plugins with new dependency model to hub API endpoints and yaml files

Ahead of New paradigm for bundling plugin dependencies a... (meltano#3433 - closed), we'll need some cases on the site to build against.

I'm thinking we could do the adapter-specific dbt plugins as a case example, including their files bundle dependencies inline.
