Add more metadata to top custom tap/target plugins

Following #232 (closed) this issue should target the most used custom taps/targets and add more metadata to their definitions, things like settings and settings_group_validation.

• Research the top used taps and targets
• Determine the top X that should be updated
• Manually add the additional metadata

Open Questions:

• How many should we target for this first iteration? Most of the targets have coverage from the optimized variants.
