Multiple namespaces for Auth0 taps

Summary

tap-auth0 (Matatika variant) now supports the Auth0 logs resource, as well as users and clients - it resides under the 'Auth0' tap namespace in the hub. There is a separate 'Auth0 Logs' tap namespace, with a single tap that supports only Auth0 logs. This separation of taps implies that if you want Auth0 log data, you have to one from the Auth0 Logs namespace, which is no longer the case.

Fix

Merge the 'Auth0 Logs' namespace into 'Auth0'.
