Support "Login with GitHub" on the Hub

As we explore options for dynamic content, auth will a challenge we need to solve for.

Opening this issue to explore the option of GitHub-delegated auth. This would be convenient, as (1) we can avoid directly managing emails and passwords, and (2) it would be an ideal integration point for associating PRs against the Hub repo and other MeltanoLabs repos.
