Redesign Meltano Hub

The current design does not make complete use of our new brand guide nor does it use its space particularly well.

Some examples of sites that the Hub should resemble post-refresh:

• https://www.npmjs.com/

The NPM site is the main inspiration for the new site.

Additionally a Meltano Hub logo needs to be built (whether it's adding the correct wordmark or an entirely different emblem for the Hub is up for debate but probably the former).

The new Hub will require the following designs:

• A new homepage (v1)
  • A large search bar
  • Links to loaders, utilities, and extractors
  • Links to a sign on/sign in area
  • Details on what the Hub is/does
• A search results page (v1)
• A 404 page (v1)
• A single item page (loader, extractor, utility) (v1)
  • Displays any and all data we have on the item
• An all items page (all loaders or all extractors or all utilities)
  • Can mostly be a clone of the search results page
• A sign in/sign up page (v2)
  • An auth page to allow a user to log in or sign up
• A dashboard page (v2)
  • This will display all of the items that the user has created/published
  • Bookmarked items?

Since we currently don't have a designer on staff I am not creating mocks for the above but simply working on them in the moment.
