Introduce interactivity and gamification logics in authoring
Such as:
- Walk users through various features that a community might need
- A module chooser that guides users to pick the module they need
- Suggest related templates based on what user enters
- Quantify and score features of rules being entered
- Based on the actual content of Rules?
- More easily, based on how many fields they've filled out
- Integrate nomic-like rule evolution
- Produce feedback as people are entering content based on keywords or the like
- Use Ostrom worksheet to evaluate progress
