Container crash on start

Container crashes on start with the following error:

> docker run --rm rs_json_transform_worker
rs_json_transform_worker: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.25' not found (required by rs_json_transform_worker)
rs_json_transform_worker: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by rs_json_transform_worker)

It seems to be because of the version of debian used in the Dockerfile.
