4.0.0 Incompatible with Thunderbird 115.12.2

When I try to install version 4.0.0 in Thunderbird 115.12.2 I get this error

The README says that it should be compatible with version 115.

Markdown Here Revival 4.0.0 and higher require Thunderbird 102.0 or Thunderbird 115.0.

Could it be that there's a new major Thunderbird version out now (128)?
