Hi Martin, thank you for showing me `maf-linked` last week! I would like to add a nf-core submodule for it, but it would really help if it could take gzipped input, like `maf-swap` for instance because 1) running long shell pipelines is a bit tricky in nf-core modules and 2) the module regression tests start from a standalone file anyway, which by default is compressed.
