Video corrupted in MKV files since v52.0

I have a problem muxing video in MKV file with MKVmerge on Windows, the muxing is fine, no error, 100%, but when I read it the files are corrupted, the sound is ok but the video stopped around 30 minutes. So I checked removing file by file and the problem is the video file. I only put video file in MKVtoolnix and the MKV file stopped around 1,048 Gb, and it told me "ok 100%". I'm using the portable Windows version, I checked the 64 and 32 bits but it's the same problem. So I searched old versions and the last version I found that works is the v52.0 after this version the problem appears. If you need the .avi file to test I can transfer to you. I tested with a dozen of avi files and it's the same problem, the avi files are x264 encoded files.
