Minor fixes in Chapter editor
Hello,
Some strange behaviors that I have detected in the Chapter editor
:
-
When an MPLS file is loaded from a Blu-ray, and then
Save as XML file
is pressed, the resulting XML contains the tagsEditionFlagHidden
andEditionFlagDefault
which should not be present as they have a default value. Also the XML contains theChapterLanguage
tag but not theChapLanguageIETF
tag, theChapLanguageIETF
tag should also be present. -
If the XML resulting from the previous step is reloaded and then just press
Save
, now the XML contains theChapLanguageIETF
tag but theEditionFlagHidden
andEditionFlagDefault
tags are still present. -
In Chapter editor preferences, if
Region
is also chosen and not justLanguage
, the Chapter editor ignores that selectedRegion
.
This seems to only happen when the chapters are generated from an MPLS file of a Blu-ray, since if in that same XML a new chapter is generated by pressing the optionAdd new chapter before
orAdd new chapter after
, in this case the new chapter contains theRegion
that was configured in the Chapter editor preferences. -
This is indifferent since it is simply the order of the tags, but I comment on it anyway:
In the chapters generated from an MPLS of a Blu-ray, the order of the tags is the following: 1.ChapterUID
2.ChapterTimeStart
3.ChapterDisplay
. However, in manually generated chapters (for example by pressing the optionAdd new chapter before
orAdd new chapter after
), the order of the tags is the following: 1.ChapterTimeStart
2.ChapterDisplay
3.ChapterUID
. Ideally, everything should keep the same order.
Thanks and regards!
