Build against fmt 8.0.0 fails

Hi there, fmt 8.0.0 seems to come with breaking changes, see build log: https://buildbot.alucryd.xyz/#/builders/207/builds/43/steps/8/logs/stdio

I'll hold off the fmt update in Arch Linux for now, but it would be great if you could have a look!
