Chapter names when using "ogg" chapter input

When adding a blu-ray playlist as input to the mkv merge, the chapters in resulted matsoska file are automatically named as "Chapter 1", Chapter 2", etc. See picture:

When adding an external chapter file into an mkv merge project (e.g. created with eac3to - I believe the format is called ogg), then the chapters in the resulted matroska file are named after the timestamps. See picture:

Is it possible to automatically name the chapters like in the first case? Thanks.
