Incorrect start time with mpls input
When I use MKVToolNix GUI 23.0.0 to multiplex a mpls input, the output mkv does not start at the correct time. Timing information is in the m2ts file, and if I multiplex just the m2ts file, the output mkv plays fine. When multiplexing the mpls the output displays green/blank frames for a short period of time before the actual media begins.
When I playback the mkv that was multiplexed from the mpls with ffplay, it reports "warning: first frame is no keyframe"
This leads me to believe that mkvmerge is ignoring the "start: 11.650667" (displayed when running ffplay 00NNN.m2ts) offset in the m2ts file.
I think I could get around this by adding both the mpls and m2ts files in the GUI, and then selecting only the chapters from the mpls, but I'm worried the timing would be off.
