Failing to merge Opus from ogg container

MKVToolNix is failing to create a file with HEVC from mp4 container (Created using Handbrake) and Opus from ogg container (Created using VLC). It shows failed without flashing any errors. Only after checking the logs can I see that it has failed. Cant play the resultant file. The individual files are playable - video & audio both.
