OK button for selecting language stays grey

If you select several streams and then select a language, a language is already selected. On previous versions nothing was selected.

If that batch of streams needs to be English and English is already selected by the program, I can't press the "OK", because I didn't change anything. But it needs to change a few of those streams.

I can work around it by selecting French and then back to English, but that's not very elegant.

I suspect the purpose of this change was to speed up things, but now it just slows it down much more. I would rather have the previous behaviour than this.

But being able to press the "OK" without changing the language is alright by me.

I wasn't able to reproduce the above behaviour where "English" was selected by the program, but the behaviour it has now is even worse. An mp4 file often has "und" as its language. I can now only use free-form input, which forces me to leave my mouse and use the keyboard.
