skip errors when cue does not exist for selecter track

mkvextract.exe movie.mkv cues 1:cue1.txt 0:cue0.txt attachments 1:attachment1_cover.jpg

Error: There are no cues for track ID 1.

no cue data for a given track holds next extracts (existing cue 0 and attachment etc.)

Can you add an option: do not stop on cue erorrs?
