Moving an item in "Tracks, chapters and tags" list out of view

Hi!

When moving an item in the "Tracks, chapters and tags" list with the "up" an "down" buttons, they are moved out of view if the list is longer than the size of the list box. It would be nice if the list automatically scrolled so that the selected (and currently moved) item would always stay visible.

Preferably, it should scroll in a way, that there's always at least 1 additional item visible above (or below) the selected one, so that the user can immediately see if the item is already at the desired position. Even better would be keeping the selected item in the middle (or the current relative position to the top) of the list (as long as possible, if there are still enough items above (or below) it). That would give a great overview of the item position relative to the other ones!

Thanks!
