"Append file" doesn't use video source folder anymore

Since version 54 mkvtoolnix is using the last used folder when clicking on "Append files" instead of using the video source file folder. This is super annoying because i have to navigate to the correct folder everytime i want to append videos to the source file.

Example:

The source video and videos i want to append are always in one folder.

I open video A in folder A and click "Append files": at the first time mkvtoolnix is showing the standard windows video folder. I navigate to folder A to choose the videos i want to append.

Then i create a new merge job and add video B from folder B and click "Append files": mkvtoolnix is showing folder A instead of folder B.

Is this a bug or intended? I dont want to use version 53 forever.
