Joining x265 Tune: Grain with Tune: None results in seekability/playback issues
MKV Toolnix version: v53.0.0 ('Fools Gold') 64bit
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Program used for x265 conversion: StaxRip v2.1.8.3
x265 version: 3.5 RC1+2+23 gcc10.2 Patman Mod
Demonstration of what's happening: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/188560560076357632/814657413482545162/2021-02-25_18-35-43.mp4
I have encoded 2 separate videos. The first one is x265 with Tune: Grain enabled, and the second video is x265 with Tune: None.
I am joining the videos together using MKVToolnix.
If I open the joined video with MPC-BE or MPV.net, and try to seek forwards and backwards, there will be terrible seeking issues, video corruption, and sometimes refusal to playback.
I am unsure if this is an issue with MKVToolnix, or the video players. Any clue what's going on?
