Fix typos in documentation

There are following typos in the documentation:

• ocp-network-split-mutisetup instead of ocp-network-split-multisetup (docs/usage_multicluster.rst, multisetup-netsplit.yml)
• opc-network-split instead of ocp-network-split (docs/overview_latency.rst, docs/overview_netsplit.rst)
