Index setup tree view shows two times the "enabled" field instead of "Link documents"

• Mayan EDMS 3.2.6 (Build number: v3.2.6_Wed Jul 10 03:18:15 2019 -0400)
• Installed with Docker on Ubuntu 16.04

The "enabled" property is shown twice for ervery level in the index setup tree template. I suppose, it should be one time the "Link documents" property.
