User shown option to upload new version of a document even though it is blocked by checkout - v2.0.0b2

Hi,

This is for v2.0.0b2.

A user checks out a document and then blocks upload.

Another user who has role permission of creating new document versions, opens this document, and is shown the option to upload new document version even though the document is blocked for new version upload. The user can then upload a new version and gets a success message of having got the document uploaded, but in reality the document does not get uploaded. The backend is working fine in this sense, but the options on the front end is creating confusion.
