How to know who put a document in trash can? [Video]
My startup is in the medical domain. We do not delete documents without multiple approvals. None of the other DM systems we tried (Google team drive, teedy, Maarch, Bluedoc) allowed us to achieve it in a clean structure.
To implement the above requirement I removed the "delete-document" permission from all the document types in the system.
Users are able to send documents to the trash can. But they are not allowed to delete documents from the trash can.
Sometimes I see documents in the trash can but I do not see the event log.
I have no way to figure out which user put the document in the trash can. So I can talk to the user and decide if this document should be deleted.
