Possiblity to revise OCR result

A little feature request:

While using Indices on OCR results a lot, it would be really helpful if one could change the OCR result in case some key words were not detected correctly.

Most comfortably directly in the document details tab "OCR". If a something changes in the text field, a save button could be visible or becoming active below. Or of course, if easier, somehow in the available "Action" button.
