Paste an asset (percents coordinates) transformation duplicates asset

If I attempt to add an asset as a decoration using the "Paste an asset (percents coordinates)" transformation, the asset will appear twice on the resulting page: once in the top left corner, and again in the spot that I specified with the top and left arguments.

The regular "Paste an asset" transformation does not duplicate the asset.
