The current h-review spec is different to the one implemented

I believe the current implementation is based on the incumbent details of the microformats2 page in the microformats wiki. Unfortunately this page has long been out of sync with the h-review page itself (it has just yesterday been brought up to date), and the spec there uses some different symbols, e.g. e-description -> e-content.

It would be good if the current project can detect both use cases. In any case, it should be brought up to date with the current spec.
