Blender addon complaining about missing lottie import

I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the addon to run in Blender. My python is pretty rusty and I can't figure out how to get Blender's copy of python to install lottie (and any other dependencies) in order to add the plugin.

Can you provide instructions?
