.sif created by Inkscape when exported causes invalid truth value '2' error

First, thank you for making this library. I really appreciate you putting in time and effort.

I am trying to create Telegram stickers from vectorising bitmaps via this route: SVG --> SIF --> TGS. I vectorise them in Inkscape, and then export them as sif. I have noticed that every sif file created by inkscape will fail when trying to exporting using the Export Telegram Sticker plugin.
